After 20 years of rapid development, the mobile communication industry in China has made a historic leap. In the end of 2009, the number of our country's telephone subscribers reached 1.061 billion, ranking first in the world. Among them, the number of mobile users was 747 million, accounting for 65.3% of total telephone number, and the mobile phone penetration rate rose to 56.3%. Chinese has also become the largest mobile communications market in the world.With the rapid development of mobile communication networks, and fiercer market competition among telecom operators, Telecom industry increases the wireless network's covering and qualities. As a segment of communications equipment markets, wireless network coverage market is rapidly rising, which leads to great business opportunities for wireless network coverage enterprises.In the excellent situation of industry, A company seizes the opportunities by relying on the inherent advantages of enterprise groups, and becomes a major player in the market after a few year's development. However, driven by high profits, more and more related companies are entering the wireless network coverage market in recent years. It leads to the competitive strength's increases, So, how to maintain the sustainability of development in competition and gain competitive advantage, has become the urgent issues for A company.After raising the question, the paper uses the qualitative and quantitative combined research method, detailed analyzes the status and development trends of the wireless network optimization industry in China. And evaluates both A company's internal resources(ownership structure, organizational structure, departments, functions, products, human resources, etc.) and competitive position (markets and customers, development and profitability, operating risks, etc.). Then, this paper combines the internal and external environment of A company, and make it's strategic objectives and future development plans. Finally, the construction of security system is analyzed from building financing platforms, developing markets, enhancing services and strengthening human resources.
