The thesis studies project scheduling problems arising in automotive logistics project managements through practical investigations. The characters of automotive logistics project scheduling problem are first analyzed. These characters include optimization objectives, constraints, and decision variables. Moreover, considering two objectives of minimizing the latest project finish time and minimizing the total project finish time, and constraints of reusing resources, a mixed integer linear programming model is built. Based on the ILOG/CPLEX optimization tool, a solving program is coded using VC++ language, with which the built model can be solved efficiently. The thesis further compares the resource utilizations under different objectives. At the same time, the sensitivity analyses are given by computational experiments.Experimental tests verify the validation of proposed project problems and the correctness of models. It is proved that the methodologies including building mathematical models, applying optimization can provide decision support for automotive logistics project management. The research brings significant for both theoretical aspects and practical applications.
