In this paper, we review the wastewater treatment at home and abroad in recent years,the theory and status of the project, controlling of the domestic and internationalresearch on theory and methodology of the similarities and differences, and we givethe analysis of technical and economic evaluation of the project described by thetheoretical research. Project evaluation is intended to implement the projects aretechnically possible, whether it is economically advantageous, the feasibility ofbuilding a comprehensive analysis conducted and comprehensive scientific evaluationof the technical and economic research activities.The purpose is to avoid or reduce theproject in decision making, improve the investment and combined effect of theproject.In this paper, we analyze the BC Wastewater Treatment Project , predicte marketdemands, give the size and quality of the treatment design of the project.Finaly wecome out with the technical solutions proposed sewage treatment:Sewage treatmentworks hydrolysis tank + UCT nutrient removal technology, Secondary sedimentationtank after the water reserved for "Ozone + coagulation" process. And the financialevaluation and the national economy evaluation of the BC projects shows that theproject is economically feasible.Finally, the article focuses on the application of AHPBC sewage treatment project has been option.
