Enterprise marketing management, strategic management is an importantpart, NCBC Group is a national production base of chemical pharmaceuticals,since the 50's inception, has made considerable progress and development.Fifty years, NCBC sound operation group, the growth, scope be broadened,and sales continued to grow, to maintain good performance, the maineconomic indicators will always be in the forefront of the domestic industry,when compared with the production, management systems range from simpleDrug extended to biological, chemical, pesticide, trade and other fields, themain products from the 5 to the current more than 400 various types ofvarieties, from a single plant ownership structure, the development of morethan thirty subsidiaries, diversified investment main business groups. But theNCBC in the market in recent years, the company sold a lot of problemsappeared, channels chaos, the price confusion, loss of customers serious andrapid decline in sales, the profits of the enterprise and further development.The main reason these problems have led to business marketing strategy isthe management of defects and shortcomings, the European market is thecompany's core markets, this article analyzes the European market as anexample of the problem and the strategic management from a marketing pointof view to take on the this issue.This follows the thinking of modern marketing management, systematicexposition of the theory of strategic management marketing. NCBC-depthanalysis of the internal and external environment company, such as the use ofSWOT analysis, analysis of the company relative to competitors, the strengthsand weaknesses and target the market opportunities and threats in theenvironment, to develop a set of actual market for the enterprise marketingstrategy, marketing strategy and put forward specific implementation plans,and the effect of marketing strategy and implementation issues were assessedand analyzed.
