In recent years, with the rise of outdoor sports and the rapid development of tourism industry, China's huge potential of outdoor sporting goods market has attracted more and more international first-line brand to enter, at the same time, some local Chinese outdoor sporting goods brands also gradually mature. The current domestic small and large outdoor sporting goods brand has rapidly increase to more than one thousand. Faced with the sharp increase in brand, led to the increasing competition in domestic outdoor sporting goods industry. How to outdoor in the fierce competition in the market place, is a problem worthy of thinking deeply.This article applies the relevant theories of marketing knowledge, of LD outdoor sporting goods marketing present situation and existing problems are analyzed. Through the LD outdoor sporting goods face the macro environment analysis, industry analysis and SWOT analysis, LD outdoor sporting goods enterprises need to adjust the current marketing strategy. According to LD outdoor sporting goods in the aspect of product design, using the theory of STP marketing strategy analysis of the target market segment, and combining the subdivided market characteristics and LD outdoor sports products currently available resources, puts forward the LD outdoor sports products target market and market positioning. And from the product strategy, price strategy, promotion strategy, channel strategy, for the LD outdoor sporting goods sales made the marketing strategy.This article mainly on qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis is complementary, from the perspective of the company cope with the challenge of industry competition and its own direction of development, for the LD outdoor sporting goods sales made the effective marketing strategy. Study the conclusion not only provided a reference guide for LD enterprise further development, but also for other outdoor brand companies in the industry on the marketing strategy has certain reference value.
