The Research Of Public Participation In Food Safety Management Study

Food safety Crisis has become an inevitable challenge to go social management of the major challenges. At present, although our government has recognized the importance of public participation, but have not been in the past "versatile" out of the government management model to the community participate in the main course in food safety supervision role and have not understood the importance .Therefore, how to give full play to the role of participation in food safety supervision has become an important issue solved of supervision of food safety. This article is based on this consideration the study of this issue.In this paper, it based on the theory of the problem and the literature review and comment. First of all, it explains the development trend of the subjects to study the significance and relevance of the theory. It points out that that multiple management of the main food safety supervision mechanism is not only the interaction of international and domestic environment that the Government should change needs, but also the development of crisis management theory of the inevitable trend. And then through the empirical analysis of the current situation of public participation in the analysis, by analyzing public participation to identify the current food safety supervision of the problems. Secondly, based on democratic participation theory, public choice theory, theory of civil society and social capital theory, from the mechanism, ability, confidence and awareness in terms of food safety for the public participation in the supervision of the root causes of problems are discussed. Furthermore, on the analysis of the reasons, it bases on how to improve public participation in the supervision of food safety issues, from the construction of China food safety supervision mechanism for public participation, and raises public awareness and participation in capacity, fosters the participation of diverse social capital and public awareness and other aspects of the crisis given the path selection.
