The Revelation Of European Monetary Integration Of East Asian Monetary Union

After financial crisis,each country's government in East Asia began to strengthen financial cooperation to decrease the unstable elements in monetary and financial market,and avoid financial crisis.But because of low degree of economic integration,monetary and financial cooperation is in the low stage in East Asia.With the Euro coming out ,regional monetary integration has been the trend of development of international monetary system;and economic integration in East Asia is developing like wildfire,which ,on one hand, is good for monetary and financial cooperation,and on the other hand ,needs more deep cooperation of money and finance.So every country in East Asia should draw on the experence of regional monetary integration in the world to strongthen their monetary and financial cooperation and when conditions are ripe,they should establish East Asia Moneytary Uion to fit developing trend of regional monetary integration and meet the needs of deep development of economic integration in East Asia district.European Union (EU) is a successful model in regional economic integration. Monetary integration is an important part in its process of economic integration and it is a tie between ecnomic and political integration. The introduction of the Euro is the inevitable outcome after the united market of Europe coming into being,and also an important event since Bretton Woods Monetary System.The sense of European monetary integration is far beyond itself,and more realistic meaning to East Asia is that it gives some important enlightenings to the establishment of East Asia Monetary Union.
