Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Municipal Infrastructure Management

City municipal infrastructure as a social production indispensable external conditions,for the city offers all kinds of energy,transportation and communication conditions required.At the same time,the municipal infrastructure is the basic condition of life,is not only the necessary conditions for citizens to maintain basic living standards,and create conditions for improving people's living standard.The city municipal infrastructure on a city's economic development,social civilization construction and sustainable development plays an important role.Infrastructure management of urban municipal administration manifests extremely enormous institutions and personnel,and relatively high cost of operation.There are possible questions,such as unreasonable division of management space and insufficient fulfillment of responsibilities;ambiguous object of management and backward mode and method of management;extremely laggard information acquisition and passive processing;improper supervision and management,unscientific evaluation system and low efficiency at work,etc.A modernized city should be equipped with the infrastructure pf urban municipal administration and the management pattern for such infrastructure.Infrastructure management has been confronted with new challenges and opportunities,and urban municipal infrastructure is a complicated and systematic management project.Therefore,we should explore continuously,advance with the times,and adjust and formulate strategies for different periods and stages,so as to adapt ourselves to the demands of modernized infrastructure management of urban municipal administration under the new situation.In this paper,according to the situation of municipal facilities management,in combination with the practical situation of the region,from the management system of Now the situationand existing problems,the causes of the formation of problems and solving countermeasures put forward their views and how to do a good job in municipal facilities management train of thought.Focusing on roads,drainage facilities of municipal facilities management of common problems,this paper for small and medium-sized city municipal facilities management method is discussed in this paper.
