On The Development Of China's Leisure Industry

The leisure industry is the modern society's product, it started from Europe and America in the middle of 19th century. With the science and technology unceasing development, and under the background which people unceasingly pursue the quality of life, the leisure industry came out. Although the leisure industry is a young industry, it already demonstrates the powerful vitality and the enormous development space. The leisure industry not only can effectively lead the state economy, it may solve the region income difference problem, can alleviate the resources restraint, it also can solve aging problems. Because the leisure industry has strong correlation, it can bring the large multiplicator effect to the leisure industry investment.The leisure industry in Japan and South Korea is comparative successful, this article elaborates the present situation and the experience in those two countries, introduces their successful leisure industry development strategies. And proposes the concrete suggestion that learn from Japan and South Korea.Chinese leisure industry started quite late, as a result of the national condition, the leisure industry development is quite backward and has many deficiencies: the leisure idea is backward, the leisure industry development is not balanced, the society support program is imperfect, the leisure industry's dislocation, its vacancy and so on. But, its development prospect is quite broad. Based on Chinese leisure industry existent questions and the developing opportunities, this article proposes the leisure industry development plan from government's macroscopic stratification plan, the enterprise microscopic stratification plan as well as international aspect.The article altogether divides four chapters. First chapter: Introduces the definition of leisure industry and its characteristics, analyzes the background of leisure industry emerging and significance which develops the leisure industry, as well as the primary factors that can influence leisure industry development.
