"The strategy of going global" propels China's enterprises to invest overseas in recent years, the scale becomes larger, and the methods more rich, along with some companies that have stronger influence. The complexity of international business environment determines that China's enterprises must face various risks, and it's urgent to take measures to avoid and control the risks.First, the paper analyses the meaning and categories of foreign direct investment risks and the particularity of China's foreign direct investment risks based on the review of foreign direct investment scales and status of China's enterprises.Then it deeply studies the reasons leading to overseas direct investment risks of China's enterprises. Based on the risk management experience of developed countries' foreign direct investment, the paper puts forward the management tactics of China's overseas direct investment risks from both government and enterprises.Finally, the paper brings forward elementary structure of establishing the risk guarding mechanism of enterprises' foreign direct investment, and introduces the risk management mechanism, which uses the connection function of the extension mathematics to class the investment risk.The new method applied in th thesis is the extension mathematics which enrich the investment risk management, and it is more flexible and useful to the enterprise, adds new means to the foreign direct investment risk management.In a word,the text gives a new risk management modle based on the international experience and domestic company's actuality.In practice.we should use the tisk modle according to the fact for it is only a mathematics method which has some limiting factors.
