Facing strong competer,Qingdao Telcom which is a new stable communication carrier takes commercial building as a important market.Now,some serious questions are exposed in marketing activity. With the severity market, Qingdao Telecom is framing effective marketing strategy for its year-end target.The thesis is based on he theory of the modern marketing tactics,and with the thought and method of the comnination of enviroment analysis, strategic management, microeconomics and operations reseach,it depply analyses the inner and exterior environment which Qingdao Telcom is facing.Simultaneously it analyses the market situation of commercial building industries.It systemmatically resumes all opportunities and challenges as well as strengths and weakness that the company confronts.On the analysis,it prognosticates the needs of customer in commercial building,and carefully segment for the products.Finally it definitely establishes its key target on the freight,headquarters,office and merchant,and its stable communication product is decided on high quality and Reasonable price products.Therefore it has a definite and clear direction of the company's developing.Ultimately the thesis points out the combination of the marketing tactics to promote the company's competion power and to improve the fame of the products for more marketing rate.The contribution of thesis is that it analyses several problems in the marketing tactics when Qingdao Telcom is changing its style for marketing channel,and provides many reasonable and available improving advice.Moreover it offers more meaningful guidance to other Telcommunications operatoe and gives then more helps on how to choose the target market,how to plan suitable combination of the marketing tactics and how to obtain the strengths in the serious market competion.
