Analysis And Discussion Of China's Listed Companies, Asset Restructuring Behaviors

Recently, the action of asset reorganization in our country is developing rapidly. It takes a great effect in stock market .Although from 1950's, there are a lot of research regarding the asset reorganization in west countries which have lots of mature methods and conclusions, the asset reorganization of listed corporation in our country is much different from the west countries regard of the run system, stock right structure, the environment of law due to the stock mark. It is necessary to study this issue in China.Asset reorganization will take effect in many fields such as deepening the state-owned business reform, increasing the asset quality, adjusting the industry structure, optimizing resource collocation, and so on. This paper studied the cause, character, mode, performance and problem of the listed corporation asset reorganization and gives some advisement to optimize the behavior of asset reorganization.Some facts cause the asset reorganization, such as desirability of the listed corporation to keep the 'cell resource', the needs to develop themselves, the needs of direct financing, the policy of local government.There are some characters in the actions of asset reorganization of listed corporation in China .This paper will discuss the characters and the mode of the actions in detail.This paper studied the performance of asset reorganization use the method of principal component analysis. The author selected the corporations which take the acts of asset reorganization in 2000 as sample. The paper studied the variety of performance the corporation before and after the actions.
