Firstly, it presents a introduction of REIT present development status in the world, then analyzes the importance and feasbility of development REIT in China. On the basis of analysis REIT development status and problems of China and referring to the experience from advanced countries, provides some advices on the development mode China should adopt.In China, both Real Estate market and financial market has developed for only several decade years, the research of REIT theory is in process. In addition, the environment of politics, economics and law in our country is completely different from America, so we can not imitate completely the development mode of America.
