The reformation of the nation assets management system in Shandong province relate the economy development and realization of the modernize, and it is an important aim and require in the reformation of the nation-owned enterprises to establish efficient managing, supervising and operating system of nation assets. To establish new system of managing nation assets, it needs to consider the feasibility, as well the operation possibility.First, in the paper we expatiate the correlation theory of the nation assets management system, such as indulge theory, government intervene theory, market failure theory, government invalidation theory, principal-agent theory and so on, and we receive some revelation about the establishing the nation assets management system.Secondly, we analyze the evolvement course and status quo of the nation assets management system in our country, and analyze which of the representative developed country, and on the basis of it, we analyze the problems which exist in the nation assets management system, and educe the conclusion by using corresponding theoryLastly, the paper according several our country existing mode, on basis of game theory, the paper bring forward Shandong province nation assets management system, in aspects of fare nation assets newly distribution, nation assets exiting, avoiding nation assets disappearing, political system reformation reinforcing unfair nation assets management, perfecting society guarantee system and national assets management company, put forward policy advices. This article deficiency lies in the acquisition of information is not too sufficient, therefore the paper whole launches appears does astringently.
