Chinese CPA profession developed rapidly after the CPA system rebuilt more than 20 years ago. CPA became a more and more important role in china economy .More and more new local CPA firms,branches or co-operative firms of PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Ernst & Young ,the four famous international CPA firms ,appeared after loosing of firm-registration policy and China joining WTO .The four famous firms robed Chinese audits market and got advantage with their famous brand .The competition of Chinese CPA profession has become stronger.It is one of the vital questions for CPA firms to establish a valid competitive strategy, make a proper position in the CPA profession, get competitive advantage, and obtain the biggest benefit. This thesis select one of local CPA firms ,Beijing ZhongLuHua CPA Firms ,as research object, use PEST, M.E.Porter's five kinds of competitive strength model and the SWOT analytic method ,analyse its environment and inner strength and weakness, study what strategy it should adopt, expect to draw a conclusion that other CPA firms can draw lessons from it.Beijing ZhongLuHua CPA Firms is a national group firms ,that established based on HuaFeng CPA Firms which belonged to railway department .Although it has already taken off hook with railway system,it still regard the railway business as major business now, the 70-80% income come from the railway market.It has established 10 branches in 10 different cities at the end of 2005.It is the 31^st CPA Firms in 100 firms ranking that announced by CICPA in 2005,there is a little scale and popularity ,is a growing CPA firms.
