This thesis is exactly based on thecircumstance. On the foundation of making the most of the informatization system,research and exploration are carried on how to improve the internal auditing to raise itseffectiveness.This thesis makes a research on quality management system internal auditing ofChina Gas Turbine Establishment (CGTE for short). Having analyzed its presentsituation, this thesis finds out the main factors currently restricting the effectiveness ofinternal auditing. Combining current situation of research production, product structure,geographic environment and so on, and applying the process method in Eight Principlesof Quality Management and modern information network technique, this thesis putsforward an internal auditing means of quality management system according to theprocess method and informatization, and forms an internal auditing mode adapting tothe practical situation of CGTE. By means of its application in actual work, a favorableresult has been reached. This thesis contributes a higher practical value to the quality management systeminternal auditing of China Gas Turbine Establishment, providing experiences forimproving other processes of quality management system, also providing a reference tothe enterprise that needs to improve its quality management system internal auditing.
