Aiming at the traditional cost estimation and quotation method difficult to match request like fast, correct and reliable by new modern industry market, a new integration quotation method on the basis of established enterprise information platform and universal rules of enterprise cost management is proposed in this paper in order to enhance the accuracy of cost estimation and balance the interest of short-term-profit and long-term-development request.The paper analyses the range and contents of lifecycle cost of customer-inquired product, study the related character models of cost and pricing strategy, and define the outline of quotation for customer-inquired product.On the basis of analyzing the contents frame of product lifecycle cost, the paper presents the core essentials of quoting. Moreover, ABC method is proposed to improve the veracities of rating product's primary costs and whole lifecycle cost.The Discounted-Cash-Flow methods are utilized in the paper to illuminate the relation between pricing and economic evaluation of long-term-development. The guideline of DCF was suggested to audit primary pricing.The paper utilizes Microsoft EXCEL to generate the template to cost and quote to customer-inquired product because the quoting now is one of the important routines in manufacturing enterprise. The template will be easy handled and valid to not only decrease work of calculation by hand but also raise the accuracy, consolidate the method in parallel with fast calculation.
