From my point of view, patriarchal management has its scientific aspect, so leaders should choose proper management mode according to the real condition of the enterprise. Through the combing of the documentary related to patriarchal management, this article put forward that relationship is also a kind of capital, which can bring benefits for the enterprise. Therefore, the article considers the relationship capital and the scale of the enterprise as two main elements affecting the choices about management mode made by the enterprises, and also does research about the choosing condition under the joint effect of both sides. Through the analysis of "relationship capital -the scale of the enterprise" disposition, the article receives the following conclusion: firstly, while the scale of the enterprise is small, and has got a small amount of relationship capital, it is proper to choose patriarchal management, the dictatorial management is beneficial for the enterprise to adapt to the changing of the outside, and develop steadily; secondly, while the scale of the enterprise is small and has got a large amount of relationship capital, it is proper to choose patriarchal management. Since the relationship capital owned by the leader of the enterprise is sufficient for the development of the enterprise. Meanwhile, keeping patriarchal management can also avoid the moral crisis and the adventure of deteriorate choices brought by using exterior staff; thirdly, while the scale of the enterprise is large and has got a large amount of relationship capital, it is also proper to choose patriarchal management. However, the sophistication of the enterprise makes it difficult to manage, now it is necessary to establish and complete the information system in order to help the leaders to make scientific decisions; fourthly, while the scale of the enterprise is large and has got a small amount of relationship capital, it is proper to adopt modern system of the enterprises, drawing into the relationship capital of the professional managers, adopting scientific managing mode in order to further develop the enterprise.
