With ten-year development, huge profits-seek period of local securities industry is terminated. The rough way of development could not be applied for modern industry.With increasing of investment products, and integral market and experienced investors, and practice of liberated commission, appliance of modern commercial methods including of internet trade, based on all of those matters, securities company which is a main body composed of the stock market will face more and more challenges. Competition between companies for attracting clients become more severe, stock industry will come into being buyer's market from seller's market.Under the circumstance, the simple price-rival wouldn't be satisfied by investors, the company gradually realized to improve their serves to get clients'satisfactions, and increase importance of their enterprises in the competition. So, based on their own situations, every company should manage a package of basic solutions to provide their services, and to enhance clients'satisfactions. Now, every securities company will face this task. According to reasons above, improvement of service management of C company based on relevant theories will be discussed in the article.In part one, background and target of the article is introduced, and all applied relevant theories in the article, thoughts and measures of research will also be simply elaborated.The current situation of local stock market and the background and development of C company is introduce in part two.In part three, according to situation of C company, and based on analysis of the clients'satisfaction questionnaire of a certain department in the company, the client's situation and theirs needs, also clients'satisfaction are analyzed.In fourth part, at first, characterizes of CSM in the company are introduced, and then, complying with relevant theories, the service quality, service contact and support facilities of C company are analyzed. In the end, problems and faults of management will be stated.Analyzing for competitive surrounding of C company is in part five. The advantage, disadvantage, chances and challenges for C company in the competition are also analyzed.In the final part, on the analysis of problems referred in above parts, a series of suggestions and measures are provided for improving the company's service management. These methods included of improving service contact handled by service organization, and other contacts controlled by staffs who contact with clients; improving facilities for establish image of enterprise and perfect service devices; modifying organization structure in service delivery and adjusting its function, and building CIS (Customer Information System), finally ameliorate investment products.Basing on the investigation of C company ,the article aims to provide some practical suggestions and measures to improve service management, so as to meet clients'needs, improve our services and make a positive function for enhancing clients'satisfactions.
