With the development of our country's securities business, products of securities investment are more and more abundant, securities investment is professional increasingly, securities business and investors step by step heading for maturity and the securities trade has transformed from sale's market to buyer's market. Therefore, the simple price competition can't satisfy expectations of investors obviously. In order to promote and keep long-term and profitable exchange with customers through customers' satisfaction and loyalty, and finally improve performance of services marketing and grow up continually, securities companies will pay their attention to services marketing certainly.Services marketing of securities means to promote and keep long-term and profitable exchange of service of securities investment with customers through customers' satisfaction and loyalty, and finally improve company's performance of services marketing and grow up continually. Adjusting countermeasures of services marketing of securities company and put it into practice, not only could accord with request of ages, but also could get profit as a goal.Base on giving a detailed analysis and research on current status and problems of services marketing of securities company, the writer of this thesis conclude some useful advices to improve services marketing of securities company with related theory and practice of services marketing. These countermeasures include: subdividing customers with scientific technique, identifying target customers and understand their expectations clearly, improving service product, improving service transfer. The thesis also discusses outside and inside conditions that support to put these countermeasures into practice.
