In the worldwide, mergers and acquisition has become a most important means for the companies to enlarge their sales, enhance their strength and improve their efficiency. With china's entering into the WTO , its mergers and acquisition also comes into the WTO times . Not only the foreign corporations merge the domestic business in order to enter china's market, but also the Chinese companies purchase the foreign ones. Firstly, the TCL companies purchase the TOMS and Shengda merge Korean's Net Game Corportion through its being visted. Later, it is so heaven shaking for the lenovo brought the IBM's PC Business that attracts thousands of domestic peoples' attention.Lenovo's purchase of PC business of IBM was considered as a masterstroke, which would affect the global PC industry pattern and generated strong repercussion in society. Mickel -Dell, president of American Dell corporation which is the biggest opponent to lenovo, was very excited to this news and said : "In the history of computer , there is not a successful precedent of such big scale merge. I think this time is also no exception…" This comment with sour and bitter taste makes us worried about the mergers and acquisition of lenovo.The difficulties of mergers and acquisition are not only the source and use of huge amount of purchase fund ,but also the regulation of enterprise's source, culture and management. After all, the effect of mergers and acquisition is the symbol of the success of purchasing. But, according to the survey data, more than half of purchase cases were not successful. And the reason is nothing but because the lack of purchase strategy, and mergers and acquisition which is the most important reason.In the course of enterprise's mergers and acquisition, the integration of human resources is more difficult than the management's and the techonology's .The problem of human being has become a most important factor on influcing whether the purchasing succeeds or not, espically the transnational purchasing of our country's enterprises. Thus,studying the transnational problem of human resources in the course of enterprises's purchasing can make a reference to the international purchasing of our country's enterprises. This article mainly focuses on the transnational problem of human resources of china's enterprises go to purchase in the worldwide, we can conduct to prove and write using the combined methods of practice and theory. On the practical bases of transnational between human resources and integration purchasing, I make a careful research and analyzing to the cases of the enterprises international purchasing. And through analysing the results, we pose with the tactics , concrete operation and more details related to the conformity of human resources.
