China now is in high frequency to face with international trade frictions especially for the advantage industries of China. It's not optimistic for Chinese International trade environment in a short time. We were faced anti-dumping investigation of bedroom furniture by United States International trade committee which is called USITC, we were faced anti-dumping and subsidy investigation for engineered floorings and laminate floorings by Canada Boarder Services Agency which is called CBSA and we are facing"337"intellectual investigation for wood-based panels from USITC.The first chapter of this paper is to introduce the source and base of this paper to make preparations of the research for the next chapter, it describe the macroscopically background of the international frictions aimed to China and Microcosmic background of the international frictions aimed to .china furniture and wood industry .The second chapter is the general descriptions of the international frictions types for furniture and wood industries of China. It's the basement for the next chapter which to analyzing and give solutions to the questions often happened.The third chapter which use relative international trade theory to research Chinese furniture industries and the anti-dumping case of bedroom furniture. This is the chapter to finalize Chinese furniture export by researching clues.The forth chapter which uses international trade theory,international trade law,intellectual law to analyzing the anti-dumping and subsidy investigation by CBSA for floorings which imported form China and also to analyzing the"337"intellctual investigation by USITC to the laminated flooring which imported from China. This chapter is the basement for the conclusion.The fifth and six chapters provide the conclusion of the experience and the response method the certain investigations.Finally is the conclusion and result for the research.The author hopes to do some work to enrich the theory export of Chinese furniture and wood industries to make sure that China will keep the position of the strong countries in certain industries and make a model on how to cope with more and more international trade frictions.Based on the limit level of the writer and the limit study of this theory that this paper maybe not so across-the-aboard.
