The constant development for every corporation depends on its special corporation culture. Study on the CI theory enriches and develops corporation culture construction theory. During the past several years, CI is becoming an integral measure for the development of Chinese economy and for the national brands involving in the international competition. It's a strategic and basic weapon that Chinese corporations must take up. When they bring in the CI, all the corporations should choose different angles and make special CI improvement routes, put forward solutions to different problems, and obtain the effect of strengthening the inner qualities and showing the outside images according to their practical situations and demands. Then we can get the practical effects.This paper advances its study by the rule of combining the theory and practice, quality and quantity. It focuses on two aspects: first, deepen the study on the CI theory analysis of corporation culture, striving to find out the essence through phenomena—that is giving the stronger theoretical penetrating power. On the other hand, we apply the CI theory to the corporation culture of DaLian Commodity Exchange, surpassing the theory and moving towards the practice. We try to provide DaLian Commodity Exchange with valuable and operational ideas for molding its special corporation culture, that is extend its emotional culture to reasonable culture, stretch its intangible culture to tangible resources, and extend its management of culture to cultural management, then provide the management system with operational advice for forming kernel belief.We have six parts in the paper. Chapter 1 is deep considering of CI. It explains CI system, culture basis and origin, from the aspects of theoretical improvement. Chapter 2 establishes the condition, significance, opportunity and procedure for bringing in CI for Chinese corporation. Chapter 3 is demonstration study for the corporation culture in DaLian Commodity Exchange. It briefly introduces the environment analysis of corporation culture in DaLian Commodity Exchange, draws the outline of its background and skeleton and focuses on the cause of formation analysis of the corporation culture in DaLian Commodity Exchange. It studies the exterior and interior causes from the angles of system culture, industry culture, terrain culture, nationality culture, the personal ideas of the entrepreneur and corporation tradition. Chapter 4 is actuality analysis, uses the three levels of CI: MI, BI, VI to construct the CI system of the corporation culturp in DaLian Commodity Exchange, and get the integral course. Chapter 5 bases oil the above and offers the ameliorate way and make suggestions. At last, we get the run-of mill conclusion from the case of the corporation culture in DaLian Commodity Exchange.
