Trade Monopoly And Government Regulation

With the fast development of socialism economy, monopoly industry's negative influence to people and the entire society, becomes more and more obvious. To solve the problem effectively, our country is implementing the reform of monopoly industry while perfecting government's supervision. This dissertation studied the monopoly industry which is tightly related to national well-being, people's livelihood and national security, the existence of monopoly industry has its reason, so the government must take its responsibility to the society while perfecting the supervision system. Government must create conditions for the reform of monopoly industry, and also protect common interest.The dissertation includes four parts. The first part is a foundation that introduces the general situation of monopoly industry and government's regulation, analyses the current condition of monopoly industry, and also raise some questions about government supervision on monopoly industry. The second part pointed out government supervision is an administrative action that not only restricted by low and political system, but also influenced by economic system. This also analyses the reason of government supervision failure from the aspect of law, system, and interest. Part three raise some suggestions on building a standard government supervision system to insure government supervision will promote economic and social benefit. Part four is the essential part that through using the successful foreign experiences and analyzing the special condition of our country to suggest that law regulation should come first and take the system optimizing as guarantee to achieve the government supervision that maximize common good.The dissertations based on fundamental realities of our country, focus on harmonious development of the entire society, my own suggestion by using the basic knowledge of Politics. Economics and Management, absorbing and referencing western countries' successful experiences .Hoping that people's rights will be well protected with the health development of monopoly industry, and the entire society will moving forward steadily and healthily in harmonious atmosphere.
