To some extent, competition among enterprises is subject to their competition for human resource. Compensation is also one of the most important segment of the human resource management. Compensative incentive is the most important and efficient factor in business incentive mechanism at present. If compensation and benefit system is properly designed, it will influence action and creativity. Otherwise, it will result in lower morale, and lower efficiency. In different phase of enterprise development, it is fitted to different compensation and benefit system. Especially, when enterprise convert from the beginning of establishment to rapid development phase, it is the most important for enterprise that has scientific compensation and benefit system.Therefore, through studying of some salary theroy and thesis, using some theroy, considering the company present situation, the thesis analyses the Global company the present compensation and benefit system so as to find its main problems. Based on the above analysis, the new compensation and benefit system is designed to make full use of the limited resources to maximally improve employee enthusiasm. At the same time, performance appraisal system is built in order to accord with the new compensation and benefit system. In the end, the thesis draws conclusion and evaluates the new compensation and benefit system that promotes the enterprise's long term development.
