| With the acceleration of world economic integration and China’s accession to the WTO,the worldwide expansion of multinational companies is developing rapidly.However,with the increased competition and the progress of science and technology,excellent staff has become the key factor for a enterprise to occupy a place in the intense international market competition.With the development of modern scientific management theory,enterprises put more emphasis on the scientific management,especially multinational enterprises pay more attention to the construction of incentive mechanism.Through a perfect system,these enterprises can inspire employees to work harder,promote themselves.Ultimately,perfect system can promote the development of these enterprises.This article mainly used the empirical analysis method.First,this article summarized some worthwhile being referred methods of A company in terms of incentives.Then this article used SPSS19.0 software to further analyze the survey data based on the questionnaire survey and found the problems of incentive methods in compensation and benefits,training,performance appraisal and so on.At last this article suggested improvements according to these problems under the guidance of incentive theory and the internship experience.This article has proposed to establish the hierarchical and diversified incentive mechanism,strengthen the spiritual incentive of employees and create the enterprise culture of people first and fair competition.These methods can improve the incentive mechanism of A company,effectively promote A company’s human resources management level and strengthen the cooperation of human resource management teams.This article took A company as the object of study because it is a typical multinational company and it is a representative enterprise.The writer hopes this article can provide reference value to other multinational enterprises. |
