Research-oriented Small And Medium Enterprises In Changzhou City, The Corporate Credit Rating System

Enterprise's business operation, financial position and investments...etc, all are important factors for enterprise credit rating analysis. But the current rating system used by our private sector follows the western financial model, which have too much emphasis on company finance and may not suitable for our society. As some of our potential enterprises may get a unilateral result by the current credit rating system due to their weak financial position, even if the enterprise's financial factor had some untruth data, they will further mislead the public.This article is for small and middle size enterprise's credit rating management information system analysis. It is based on the enterprise credit rating theory and fundamental, analyzes from different aspects such as the concept and theory of enterprises' credit, the basic method of credit rating registry, the establishment of credit index registry system and the basic theory of rating method. It also presents the rating model suitable for our own country and with the detail analysis by using the real data from our enterprises.During the research development process, this article used Multiple Discriminate Analysis (MDA) as our basis model. It has made some adjustment for its credit rating setting value and redistributed the weight factor in the overall model. This modification makes our model more intelligent, intensively analyzed 15 financial index items and 52 non-financial index items for small and middle size enterprises, also using the real data to make detail analysis in the credit rating management system.
