Research And Empirical Analysis On Credit Rating System Of Enterprises

Credit is the premise and foundation of market economy movement and healthy development, good credit is helpful to improve enterprise's image and enhance their competitive ability and vitality in the market. However, with the development of economy, lacking of credit widely exists in each field of society, especially in architecture construction industry. It brings enormous harm to the various main bodies of market economy and development of the whole country. Therefore, establishing credit rating system of architecture construction enterprises which suits the development of our country is one of the keys to improving the status, it is the guarantee for solving the credit problem, and also the important part of building social credit system.This paper introduced the development and research of domestic and foreign credit rating industry, and discovered the insufficiency and limitation of our country basing on the analysis in comparison. After exhaustive analysis and research, it combined with the characteristics of construction industry to establish a credit rating index system of architecture construction enterprises, and made detailed explanation to each index. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of credit rating, it chose analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. AHP initially set the weight of each index, and then evaluated the credit status of enterprises with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. To further verify the applicability of credit rating index system of architecture construction enterprises and the operability of the method, this paper selected one architecture construction enterprise to do the empirical analysis, evaluating one year credit status on it. The end of the paper proposed some measures of establishing good credit environment to guarantee the effective implementation of credit rating system.By the research of this paper, it believes that the credit rating system of architecture construction enterprises, which can reveal the current operating conditions and future trends of enterprises timely and objectively, can play a positive role to the construction of our country's credit system. It is helpful to raise credit awareness of enterprises'own, reduce transaction costs, improve operational efficiency, solve the problem of information asymmetry, prevent transaction risk, optimize funds, regulate the management of architecture construction industry and order of market transactions, and promote the development of China's socialist market economy.
