The problem of marketing is basically the problem of brand, the marketing revolution should begin with the brand in advance;Today, swift and violent development makes the product be not the focus of competition any longer, the ordinary product is promoting to be a brand by means of the management which is effective and full of motive force . Because the market position of brand, instead of the product decides whether the company can obtain the success or not, the competition of the brand will become the main battlefield in future. Therefore those,such as the strategic target and foundation of brand, and to the enterprise, how to design its brand shaping and the developmental strategy, as well as when drawing up and carrying out the brand developmental strategy, how to pay attention to standardize and fulfill the enterprise internal management, have important realistic meaning in instructing practice of the brand strategy in our country.This article takes Jiangsu BaoDe Pharm Co.,Ltd, which is a local medicine distribution company as the research case, with the brand shaping and the developmental strategy as the research beginning, the brand core value constitution analysis as the research foundation, integrating theory with practice on the base of grasping a great deal of data, analyzing the profession environment and competition present conditions of Jiangsu BaoDe Pharm Co.,Ltd, combining the brand with the brand shaping and developmental strategy theory meanwhile, drawing lessons from related research results, constructs the train of thoughts of the brand shaping which are based as the core value and the operational method of the brand.In the research process, unifying the research to Cardinal Health of American, the author put forward the viewpoint and mentality, that is, the medicine circulation enterprise creative the industry value chain by demanding innovation, discuss the realistic meaning and fulfillment path to promote this change, provide the constructive brand shaping plan for local pharmaceutical companies as Jiangsu BaoDe Pharm Co.,Ltd.
