With the development of Chinese economy, the competition between pharmaceutical enterprises is becoming more and more drastically in recent years. How to survive and thrive is a great challenge to every pharmaceutical company, promotion of which depends most on Medical Sales Representative's calls on doctors. To some extent, Medical Sales Representatives are the key resource and the core competition of the pharmacy. How to motivate MSR and then to improve the competition status of the sale's team is the emphasis of management in the pharmacy industry.This article is based on the motivation theory and analysis of the situation of RX Multinational Pharmaceutical Company. As a small-scale multinational Pharmaceutical company, RX has much in common with domestic enterprises in such aspects as generic product lines, management status and sales mode. So this case in the article is typical. The author puts emphasis on discussing the motivation system of the company from three sides firstly, and then points out the problems in existence. Lastly, the author gives some suggestions to improve the motivation system of RX.
