With the development of new technology and the coming of knowledge economy,knowledge is playing an increasingly important role in the development of economy,which determines the main task of human resource management is to motivateemployee's creativity and enthusiasm and create enterprise's core competence. Therelatively simple structure of China's private enterprise made it easier to gain a highefficiency in human resource management, but there still exist some problem in theallocation and organization in the management of human resource, which prevents thefurther development of these companies. This is the same with Nantong Heritage HomeTextiles Co.. Ltd: the organizational structure and ownership structure are both indefinite,the performance evaluation system and the motivation system are not clearly definedwhich made a lot of employees leave this company. Many staff complains about theinefficient salary and the limited room for promotion. To make the organizationalstructure and the motivation system of this company become more rational, we designeda Employee Stock Ownership Plan(ESOP) for this company. We hope that with theenforcement of this plan, the whole bad situation of human resource management in thiscompany will be improved dramatically and provide some idea to the management of thewhole Chinese private enterprises.
