Zhejiang Local Banks (1923-1949)

This dissertation takes the files as the main material, through seeing about the history of the evolution of Zhejiang Provincial Bank, emphatically studied the content of Zhejiang Provincial Bank's management and running condition from 1923 to 1949. This article is comprised of five chapters: the first chapter is the prodrome, briefly outlined the reason why to select this topic, the literature summary as well as the explanation of historical data and the time. The second chapter elaborated the foundation background the Zhejiang Provincial Bank, and the situation of its evolutive course. The third chapter comprehensively discussed the managemental condition of Zhejiang Provincial Bank from organizational management, personnel management and financial management. The fourth chapter expatiated on the operational condition of Zhejiang Provincial Bank, and gave an elementary analysis of the management characteristic of Zhejiang Provincial Bank. The Fifth chapter is the parts of conclusion, briefly reviewed the operational condition of Zhejiang Provincial Bank's management, and then drew out an overall appraisal.
