At present,the fierce competition among banks has made the net-profit growth of state-owned large commercial banks weak.For a long time,Zhejiang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China lack of unified standards and the implementation of site management system,lack of reform and long-term implementation mechanism.And there are some problems lead to a disadvantage in the horizontal competition,such as low customer satisfaction,can't stand the "no hello" check.In order to enhance the competitiveness,reversal of the net-profit growth weakness of the situation,Zhejiang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China carry out 6S management,including Seiri,Seiton,Seiketsu,Seiso,Security and Shitsuke,effectively improve and maintain long-term on-site management level,so as to enhance customer satisfactionZhejiang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China in the implementation of 6S management,there is attach importance to "hardware" but lose sight of "software" problem,such as the service standards lack the system of business service etiquette standards,the service mode is lack of reasonable customer hierarchy,and the service team lacks professional financial practitioners.In order to solve the existing problems,three points need to be done as the follows.First of all,through improve software management through service etiquette,unified service standards and standards,focus on appearance,visit,telephone,dining etiquette.The second,through the mining information management enhance the data management,find the target customers through data mining,to carry out precision marketing,to achieve a multiplier effect ? The last,layering customers and promoting professional management,through professional service team in targeted marketing and assessment system,the different levels of customer groups using different service methods,do forward-looking business development and reserves.On the basis of 6S management,through professional team building,scientific product introduction,digital service information,play a professional talent,professional brand,professional service advantages.Through large data mining,targeted asset allocation and product portfolio promotion,the establishment of integrated service concept,translated into tangible results,to improve profitability6S management will change with the times,into more new methods,new process,and new mode of constant.Zhejiang Branch of Agricultural Bank of China will output management mode and management experience,further improvement and change power the entire service industry.
