With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's standard of living. People's consumer conception of eating has changed step by step. Outgoing repast tend to be more regular , rational and selective. They demand more higher brand quality, digit feature, sanitation, security, nutrition, healthiness and shortcut. Social demands of short order is constantly expands. Consume popular of market and basic requirement become more plentitude. From discussing to practice ,some notion have been identified. They include standardization of operation , put on rations , sweeping chains and scientific management . These notions spread from short order to dinning industry .Become to be the most important goal and direction of dinning industry. Short order become the new force and pioneer of modern dinning industry. Chinese short order came into being late. In nineteen eighty-seven, KFC set up its first accessorial store which bring the modern short order conception in China. After this, Macdonal's ,Pizza ,Tecsor land on China and expend to all the big city in China. Under the stimulation of the foreign short order. National short order develop quickly and being the new force. However, when all comes to all, national short order still stay on the traditional management or on the simulation of the foreign short order. They have no idea with the ultimate reason of the fast development of the foreign short order ,which is a system of full-blown modern short order management pattern.The thesis analyzes the management of co-co dainty refectory, and focus on the all the games and actual approach. We also collect a plenty of management data of foreign and national short order company. After the analysis ,contrast and summarize ,we found that there is a big difference between foreign short order company and national short order company in management notion, bringing up person , stratagem layout and other aspect. First , the thesis introduced the co-co dainty refectory's general information and its basic circs of inside and outside circumstance. Then we give a contract and analysis of foreign and native short order in dinning-room position , management mode and so on. We also give a deep analysis on the development of short order in price, product ,place ,promotion.The results of this thesis are references for co-co dainty refectory and other small to medium-sized companies.
