YL company is a based manufacturers of producing plastic mould and die-casting molds in foshan. Company was founded in 2004, west of foshan, Dan.With the transfer of the foshan industry, YL company establish the first step in the business. In recent years, YL company become a famous mould manufacturing enterprise of Dan areas. As the business environment change and competitors to join, YL marketing strategies and marketing policy gradually cannot meet the needs of the market. How to win in the competition, YL companies need to diagnose marketing problems.This paper firstly analyzes the status of the marketing strategy for YL company, then use STP theory to proposed marketing strategy adjustment suggestion to the market segmentation, target market and market positioning.After that,it use 4Ps theory to find out main problem of marketing strategy from From the product, price, place and promotion, then the analysis the causes,finally puts forward specific improvement suggestion.I hope the use of diagnostic tools and theory can help YL company to solve marketing problems, also hope to inspire and reference to similar enterprises.
