When house consuming becomes hotspot,the real estate finance also transfer its center from development loan to individual housing loan gradually.How to advancing individual housing loan business further become the important issue of the real estate finance.The key issue of any financial business is risk management,not excepting individual housing loan.This paper discussed credit risk which our face when developing housing loan and foundation of management mechanism on individual credit risk.This paper mainly dissertate integrative management on the credit risk of individual housing loan from the following two aspects:external environment construction and interior risk control of the bank. By analyzing distempered actuality of the individual credit system on the stage, and insufficiency of the guarantee and insurance system, combined with the development of individual housing loan, the paper expose defects existing in the management mechanism on credit risk of individual loan. On the basis of foreign mature pattern of risk management, the paper bring forward the design of consummating individual credit system and government guarantee attaching to commerce inside the bank and develop new approach to solve the conflict between borrowing and lending,we carry out overall management towards the housing lender.
