Zhengzhou City, The Development Of Circular Economy Research

Needless to say, the propulsion process of industrialization at a rapid pace, while making contributions to the development of human society, they have also brought enormous commercial benefits to Home sapiens. But we must be aware of which, for a long time, since the disturbance of traditional economic development mode and the simple purist of economic growth orientation, we people have been punished by the nature, environmental pollution and ecological deterioration seriously threaten the element of man, the unsustainable development of economy and society now becomes to an important issue to the international community.In the process of the mankind that explored solutions to problems of the environment and development, the concept of cyclic economy were brought forward. Cyclic economy is a new kind of economic development mode; it organized the business activities as the "resources-product-consumption-renewable resources" which is a vexed material cycle closed-loop process, emphasize the repeated and circular material utilization, ultimately to minimize the environmental pollution.Ever since China's reform and opening up to the outside world, the economics of Zhengzhou have developed by leaps and bounds. By the end of 2006, the productions of our city get to 200.15 billion RMB, were ranked the 24 numbers in 265 cities in china. But it can not completely depart from the economic growth which use the natural resource excessively and have a rough shape. At the same time, environmental problem of Zhengzhou is becoming more and more worse. So, how to scientifically transform the growth pattern, and wholly settle the contradiction between economic growth and the break of Resources and Environment become an important problem in Zhengzhou which will realize scientific developing and implement a Sustainable Development Strategy. This paper firstly learned from the experience of developed countries, founded on some relative theories about cyclic economy, such as the external theory and ineffective market and so on. Based on the recent development of cyclic economy in Zhengzhou, secondly analyses the problem of development of cyclic economy in Zhengzhou and analyzed the problems and restraining factors. At last, we p(?)t forward the development goal and some effective strategy which will be suitable foe the cyclic economy's development in Zhengzhou.
