Applied Research, Based On The Plm System Cost Estimates

With the fact that Chinese enterprises takes over the track international even staying in gradually, column of desire of advanced enterprise of international intense and begins to become reality, the competition raising oneself product already has become forerunner's soul, hi the information ear , enterprises depend on the sustained innovative product by IT means fleetness respond to marketplace's, simultaneously, improve the products and technology function , reduce cost of goods manufactured, already become the key of enterprise lifting its own competition .As to an enterprise, if it want to accelerate the response speed to turn of the market of one's own products, fully consider the function of PLM and regard implementation of PLM as a part of the business strategy, will be a very wise choice. PLM integrates for the foundation in terms of market and with the products data in the whole lifespan, realize that maintains it to managing the digitizing from conceptual design, product design, production, products overall of information, thus to promote enterprise's production efficiency in an all-round way, reduce the cost of management of products lifespan, in order to promote the competitiveness of market of enterprises.In each stage in products lifespan, the method to reduce cost of goods is numerous, however, numerous research indicates, the most effective method to reduce the cost of products is to estimate and predict it on the design phase of the products. The stage of product design is the critical one that function form, fine products produce, and come out through fine design plan only. So, to analyze the product function and predict cost of the products on products design phase, have become an important joint that enterprises improve one's own competitiveness.This thesis has described system structure and basic type of PLM at first, and analyzed the cost composition of the whole lifespan of the products and influence factor, and dissected cost estimating system with the corresponding function of the whole three stage on the basis of PLM lifespan. Secondly, this paper have set up the facing PLM system frame which to estimate cost of product, discussed PLM system as media with CAD especially, CAPP data mutual of system, and constructed mutual model picturing of theirs. In addition, under comparing with many kinds of existing method which to estimate the cost of product, and studying on products BOM, it being regarded as the cost estimating method ,confirming estimation thread and form of the data and carrier, and have solved key estimation order and structural problem of data in course of estimating. This paper has summed up, and constructed the cost characteristic model by facing design stage on the base of product BOM. It has being use of the mapping technology between characteristic cost to build estimating and analysis model. And the paper, also, has applied the relevance programming language and the data base implement to develop out the cost estimate analyze software system, and enters the initial pragmatic stage.
