The instituted investor,the general investor and manager are always attention to the financial status of the company came in to market .The impersonal impartial and scientific estimation is according as decision making of the investment making loans and management for the investors creditors and managers. we always estimate the financial status by comparing the index of financial increasing or decreasing of one financial year with another . It is a difficult to integrating estimation for the financial status especially integrating estimation for landscape and orientation .so finding a new, easy and scientific estimated method is very important to the investor creditors and managers.In this article we integrate analysis the financial status from landscape and portrait side of company which came into the market in our weave .To decreasing subjective factor and increasing impersonality and believable degree. we make certain the weight value of every index by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).we also make certain that the grey relating degree of mostly financial index related to ideal financial index by using the grey relating analytic process(GRAP). Finally we will combine the relating degree with the weight value and obtain the integrated relating degree. Using this new index we will estimate the financial status of company and make the general compositor and single compositor.so that provided a new decision method for the investor creditor and manager.
