Since the 1980's,the quick development of information technology accelerates the modern progress of the manufacturing industry,also promotes the innovation of mangement mode.The supply chain management is a kind of new management philosophy and mode that base on information technology .Along with the arrival of global economic and the emergence world manufacturing,the supply chain management is valued by enterprise increasingly. By the thought of supply chain management, the basis on which operation decisions are made have extended to the whole chain. Supplier selection decision ,as a basic decision-making of enterprise, is also changed in essential. Supplier's quality not only influences manufacture enterprise's achievement, but also detemines the successful operation of entire supply chain. How to choose supplier scientifically and efficiently, and make stout supply chain system, have become a key point for the manufacture enterprise's decision-making day after day. Based on this, this paper has conducted system research to the problem of supplier selection from the aspects of theory and the practical application.Firstly ,the supplier selection problem is put forward on the background of the quick development of international economic integration, the significance and characteristic of supplier selection under the environment of supply chain management are expatiated,and the domestic and international research actuality of supplier's evaluation and selection is completely summarized; Secondly, supply chain ,supply chain management,supplier -manufacturer cooperation ,and a series of theories related are studied thoroughly ,these include basic concepts,the relationship between supply-chain management and other management theory,the basic step and the restriction factor in establishing supply chain cooperation and the potential risk exists in cooperation;Thirdly,the existing indexes and methods of supplier selection are analyzed and summarized,their merits and shortcomings are also pointed out. On the basis of that discussion,combining together former achievements of the domestic and international research in this field,as well as manufacture enterprise's actual situation in domestic, a evaluation index system and EAHP-GRAP based method are put forward to select supplier.EAHP is adopted to detemine the weight of the evaluation index,while GRAP is adopted to arrange suppliers in order according to their conditions,which ultimately to select out the partner. Finally, the evaluation system proposed by this paper is applied in ZTE's supplier selection. by the way of formulation and calculation,the totle relationship order of the suppliers ,which are prepared for selecting ,is established. The second supplier is taken as the best partner at last.This research proved that the newly method was effective, which not only consummated the existing theory and the method on supplier selection ,but also could instruct the enterprise to carry on supplier management in practice well.
