Corporate Competitive Intelligence And Knowledge Management Integration

With the coming era of economy globalization and knowledge economy, Competitive Intelligence(CI) and Knowledge Management(KM) develop rapidly, which become the important management tools of enterprises. Under this background, this paper discussed the integration of enterprises' Competitive Intelligence and Knowledge Management, by which information, knowledge, intelligence and other intelligent resources could play an important role in enterprise management, and the flexibility and creativity of the corporation could be increased. Furthermore, the nucleus competition could be improved in this era. In this paper, the second and third chapters expounded several fundamental problems on CI and KM. Based on above two chapters, the fourth unit analyzed the similarity and unique characters of CI and KM, raised their integrative relationship, and analyzed that possibility in theory, technique and practice. In the fifth chapter, it discussed the realization of the integration of CI and KM. Also, it gave the model of them and constructed the platform of the sharing technology in both organization and procedure.
