China's Transformation In The Urban Communities During The Informal Economy

Presently, China is on the fast track of social changes, even with the improvement and tightening control in the economical and administrative institution, the activities of informal economy not only can't be prevented, but also appears the trend of increasing. The writer of this article has been interested by this phenomenon and done some research on this .The article takes embeddedness concept in the New Economic Sociology as the starting point, tries to explore the social basis in which informal economical activities generated, thus reveals the interactive relationship between economy and social. Informal economy bears the character that embeds in both social institution and social relation. In macro level, the changes of social institution in which economy embeds is a very influential factor, as it often case the generating of informal economy. In micro level, informal economy is an economical form that is set up basis on human connection, people build up this kind of economical form by using their sources and try to keep it existing steadily. In the common situation, the most commonly used human connections are : 1,the connection built up on ties of blood. 2,the connection built up on friendship. etc. These connections are different in terms of closeness or looseness, people conduct their economical activities and keep it going by applying these connections.In the system in which informal economical activities embeddedness institution and human connection, trust is a very important element, it is the key linking point in the human connection net work.
