As a new corporate organization and management .Chain operations have been widely applied in the circulation area of the representatives of many industries and fields. In industrialized countries, chain management system have been applied generally successful, accounted for the market share of 1 / 3 above of the general sales, The United States accounted the highest proportion, reaching 60%.Some mega-chain enterprises, not only for the development of the industry is important, but also constantly improve the internal specialization, adopt the latest management tool to establish an efficient logistics and the flow of information and operational system, through large-scale purchases, reduce distribution cost-effective ways to improve and expand the size of enterprises, so as to promote the circulation industry's development and modernization. In China, chain management although have a late start, its effect on the economy should not be overlooked. It is necessary to recognizing chain operations in China's economic and the role.Based on the theory of chain research and exposition ,we analysis China's the current status of some problems in chain operator. By introducing the Starbucks chain operations case analysis, we find the Chinese chain operator weakness and links the corresponding development strategies. Besides, we make a shallow attempt in improving customer satisfaction, constructing a customer satisfaction model .in the entire course of writing the article , we listed a wide range of detailed information and the latest data.The paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter 1 Introduces the research direction, and the research was briefly discusses the status quo. Chapter 2 introduces the chain theories, including the meaning, types and economics analysis of chain management. The third chapter discusses the China Chain Venture's current problems. In the fourth chapter, we introduces Starbuck's details of the chain operator and the achievements Starbucks has made .in addition, we make some discussion of the potential risk of Starbuck's strategies . The final chapter, mainly on the basis of the fourth chapter's case analysis ,is trying to find some effective strategies for chain operator.
