IPTV in Shanghai business development in a tight corner.This thesis analyzed the situation of IPTV's saling in shanghai market. In order to find a fitable way to promote saling , I used the theory of marketing, strategy , Etc .Through analysis of the status quo and use of knowledge, the final conclusions: we must adjust the existing marketing strategy.Target customers are ordinary customers. The other policies should be changed for fitting the strategy .
