Based on the former elementary and complete study and the recentconcrete study on the cyber money, this paper analyzes cyber money'sdefinition, circulation, risk and governing in a complete and profoundway. First, the paper reviews the literature on the concept andcharacteristics of electronic money, virtual money and cyber money, thengives the definite conception and classification of cyber money. This isthe premise of further study. Then the paper analyzes the circulation ofthe two kinds of cyber money, which provides the bases of later parts.What's more, the exchange rate, interest rate and inflation of the cybermoney are studied. These are also the index of maturation of cyber moneymarket. Finally, after the examination of the social cost and benefit ofcyber money, the paper concludes with the policy advice on governing ofit.
