Individualizing of customer requirements and increasing of market productions make customers have many choices when the production is out of stock. Every kind of product has different market orientation and meets different customer requirement, but there is certain substitutability between similar products. The products which customers want to buy are out of stock, customers would transfer to the substitutability. So, it is significant to study substitutable product inventory. It has important theories meaning and practice value and help enterprise enhance profits and the customer satisfaction.Former researches of substitutable inventory model were based on the assumption that contained normal products. However, in the real inventory management, it would include reverse products. The research on the inventory model of substitutable product contained reverse products. The scope of research about substitute products is extended to two-level supply chain. The main contents of the dissertation can be concluded as follows:(1) Aim at two substitute products, from the retailers'view, based on Game Theory, the dissertation established the basic inventory model, then, expand the model contained reverse products. In virtue of Mathematica, we analyze the outcome compared with classical model and draw on several important conclusions.(2) Under the supply chain environment, The scope of research about substitute products is extended to two-level supply chain containing one suppler and one retailer. In virtue of Lingo, we applied the Stackerlberg game model.
