Since the reform and opening up ,our national small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) have developed very quickly ,and the contribution rate of them to national economy have raised constantly .The small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs) of our country take an important role in absorbing labor forces ,innovating product, satisfying the social need and promoting the developing the development of national economy. But , in the long term ,because or various reasons ,finance got by the SMEs have not matched with their contribution to our country . Difficult financing have become the universal problem of constrainting the developing of SMEs. On the other hand, many Commercial Banks of our country have lots of money ,but they are not willing to loan to SMEs .so ,it is meaning to analysis the reason of Difficult financing.Firstly, the paper describe the Background and significance of the research .and then describe the Status and role of SMEs in the development of our country .and then analyze in detail the reason of difficult financing .after that , I establish the game model between SME and the bank and reveal the reason of difficult financing .finally ,I find the Approach to solute the difficult financing.
