Commercial secrets leaking not only harm the enterprises'interests but also destroy the order of the market economy. Furthermore, commercial secrets leaking prevent the Private Enterprise's development and harm to built socialist market economy. The Private Enterprises should strengthen their own sense of security on commercial secret and set up and perfect their keeping commercial secrets system and make effective law to protect it.
