An Empirical Research On Enterprise Trade Secret Protection Affect Tacit Knowledge Transfer Performance In University-Enterprise Cooperation Of Government- Industry- University

In the era of Knowledge-dominated Economics, University-Enterprise tacit knowledge transfer based on Government-Industry-University union (GIUSPs) is an effective way for enterprises to accumulate knowledge resources and enhance innovation capability. However, intellectual property risks indexes of China ranked second in Asia, there exist lots of trade secret risks has become a major problem to hinder business development, which is not conducive to create our innovative country. Lack of academic research on relationship between enterprise trade secret protection and tacit knowledge transfer performance in the University-Enterprise Cooperation, similarly, lack of relevant research to build the appropriate analytic framework. There is also no empirical research on enterprise trade secret protection in University-Enterprise Cooperation affect tacit knowledge transfer performance based on GIUSPs. Which makes it difficult to measure the impact of enterprise trade secret protection measures to tacit knowledge transfer performance in the University-Enterprise Cooperation. It is also difficult to provide a theoretical basis for cooperative innovation management.Therefore, this essay deduced conceptual model diagram about enterprise trade secret protection measures affect tacit knowledge transfer performance in the University-Enterprise Cooperation of GIUSPs, based on knowledge transfer theory, management control theory, GIUSPs theory and research, and this paper puts forward 10 hypotheses based on this model. A total of 113 sample data sets were analyzed and verified to study the model. This study expanding and going deep into the existing theories, meanwhile the conclusion has certain directive significance on activities effectively guard against trade secret risks of enterprises and improve tacit knowledge transfer performance in the University-Enterprise Cooperation of GIUSPs. The mainly creative work and its conclusion in this paper summed up in the following three parts:(1)The essay compensates the lacks of knowledge management research of University-Enterprise Cooperation that impact of enterprise trade secret protection to tacit knowledge transfer performance. Based on the existing theory and research, the essay deduced conceptual model diagram about enterprise trade secret protection measures affect tacit knowledge transfer performance in the University-Enterprise Cooperation of GIUSPs, put forward hypotheses and verified according to different control measures.(2) This essay expanding and going deep into the GIUSPs theories. A framework of research is constructed that include GIUSPs, tacit knowledge transfer, enterprise trade secrets and management control, in particular, including government support. From the perspective of the dynamics and processes, this study research the role of government support in the model.(3) This essay verified put in control, output control and emotional trust of enterprise trade secret risk management and control measures positive effect on tacit knowledge transfer performance in the University-Enterprise Cooperation. The cognitive trust and tacit knowledge transfer performances correlation was not significant. Meanwhile, the paper get behavioral control and tacit knowledge transfer performance negatively correlated.(4) This essay analyzed the impact of government policy support for University-Enterprise Cooperation of GIUSPs. Government policy support is divided into environmental, supply, demand in the questionnaire and two factors are extracted as directly and indirectly support in the empirical analysis. This paper verified the regulating effect on the relationship between enterprise trade secret risk management and control measures between tacit knowledge transfer performances in the University-Enterprise Cooperation.
