With fast developing of Internet and different types of web technologies, a new pattern of cooperation based on B2B Electric Business has boomed in global EB industry. This kind of web sale management theory, which is so called "Affiliate", make many middle-size EB company find their positions in market and survival approach. There are so many successful cooperating case with affiliate.Two of most important roles in affiliate pattern are "data provider" and "data affiliate". Provider takes response for collecting and managing data, and process returned information from affiliate. They always communicate with "service product provider"; while affiliate customize and wrap data provided by provider, then show them on its own platform, finally transfer customers' feedback to provider, they make a deal with end users.The main ways of affiliate execution are data exchange and advertisement banner. The former needs negotiate about the project with each other; It has a high flexibility with high cost. The latter has characters of operable and profitable, it is always adopted widely in according to "zero expenditure" for affiliates.The author has taken part in many affiliate projects in intern of postgraduate. So, from provider and affiliate these two points of views, this paper will introduce details about two patterns of affiliate in design, development, maintain, etc. on the background of Sinohotel affiliate projects. It also discusses some disadvantages of current implementations of these two patterns, and suggests some unique solutions, making this kind of EB action more and more convenient to users.
